One of my clients moved from Jersey to CT...If you love plants and gardening, this garden center is an abomination. Its shocking actually, how little they care. There are plants strewn everywhere: overturned pots, trays of dead flowers, pots rolling down hills, sitting in puddles, carts of abandoned trays rotting and molding over. Funny because the inside with non-plant products is so neat and organized, and everyone inside is so friendly. I've never been to such a disastrous garden center. We can't shop here for any of our projects.

Had a great experience with entire staff. Haven't used site one in a while, but will start coming back. Service with a smile, helpful, and quality was great.

One of if not the largest nursery in the area. Fully stocked with great customer service. Priced right! My photos show some of the several hundred flags in purchase marking out my daffodils I also purchased from SO

I bought 3 lilac plants and all three died. Were installed in a sunny location with good irrigation. Having one plant die could mean anything, but having all three die means that there was an issue with the plants. SiteOne wouldn't provide any kind of warranty (even partial) replacement. I'll never buy from them again. Even Home Depot stands behind their plants!

Almost everyone I have dealt with here is rude, they talk about you as if you're not standing right there listening. Then laugh at you when you get mad and say something to them... the ONLY reason they get 2 stars instead of 1 is ...TOM... TOM is the friendliest nicest guy there. The rest are very rude Personally it may be 30 more miles up the road but Hardscrabble Farms is a much nicer friendlier place with a much bigger selection of products worth the extra 15 min drive up 684
